Founded in 2022, Kafe de Flores brings you the essence of Manggarai through our exclusive single-origin coffee, meticulously cultivated amidst the lush, biodiverse landscapes of the region. With a controlled annual greenhouse capacity of 100 tons, we showcase a dedication to crafting world-class specialty coffee that embodies the rich terroir and distinctive flavours of the region.

Our Engineering Project Partnership with Ingénieurs du Monde

Visioncy Global Nusantara is proud to partner with the EPFL Association, Ingénieur.e.s du monde, on engineering projects to develop sustainable solutions for Manggarai, Flores, Indonesia. These initiatives aim to address key challenges, including improving coffee production and daily living conditions.

This collaboration combines expertise to create innovative, lasting impacts for the community while advancing sustainable development. It reflects a shared commitment to driving progress and fostering a brighter future for local and global communities.

Access to Coffee Plantations

This project aims to improve accessibility for coffee producers who face significant challenges reaching plantations located over 1,200 meters above sea level. The current arduous travel between villages and plantations is both time-consuming and exhausting. To address this, we plan to develop infrastructure like roads or paths suitable for all-terrain vehicles and invest in transport equipment such as trailers and wheeled carts. These improvements will save farmers time and energy, enabling them to focus on producing high-quality coffee while fostering economic growth in nearby villages by streamlining the transport of agricultural goods.

Access to Essential Tools

The project aims to address the lack of stable electricity, drinking water, and sanitation in Manggarai region villages through sustainable, eco-friendly solutions. Using solar energy, it prioritizes communities, homes, and schools in urgent need, installing systems for electricity, clean water, and sanitation. Local technicians will be trained to ensure long-term maintenance. The initiative seeks to improve living conditions while reducing environmental impact.

Optimising Coffee Production

The project focuses on boosting coffee production in Indonesia's Manggarai region by addressing declining yields caused by pests like monkeys and black ants. Efforts include pest control, plantation maintenance, and soil improvement to enhance growing conditions. The goal is to help local farmers produce high-quality coffee and improve their incomes and living standards.
